Please review the following:
All persons/organizations wishing to use a school facility must fill out the appropriate "Use of Facility" application and attach their "Certificate of Liability Insurance" naming the Valley Center-Pauma USD (not the site) as additional insured. The insurance policy must be a minimum of $1,000,000 coverage per incident.
